How is a referral checked?
Your client confirms their email address, then a person on our team reads the referral before it goes on your profile.
Can I write or edit my own referrals?
No. Only your clients write them, and you can't change the wording. That's what makes them worth reading.
Does my client need an account?
No. They get a private link by email and it takes a few minutes. Links expire after 30 days, and you can resend one any time.
Can clients stay anonymous?
Yes. They choose whether to show their full name, first name and initial, or nothing at all. Their company is only shown if they agree.
Can a client take a referral back?
Yes. Each client gets a private link to withdraw their referral at any time, or ask us to correct it.
Who can join?
Anyone who works with clients: freelancers, consultants and small studios in any field. If your profession isn't listed, you can add it.
